2011_VAN GOGH MUSEUM / Van Gogh in Antwerp and Paris

This was an exhibition of the research that was done on the 93 paintings that Van Gogh created in these cities. They were literally held under the microscope. The acquired knowledge was showed by prints of backsides, X-ray images, blown up details and even stuffed birds. The upper part of the wall was for the art pieces, the lower part for explanation. Themes were translated into questions to the audience. graphic design: Mariëlle Tolenaar
